Two ways in, and no forms
Either call and describe it, or book a slot on the booking page and we will confirm the time. There is no contact form on this site and no address list to join — the phone is faster and it is answered by someone who does the work.
What to have ready
- The appliance and, if you can reach it, the model and serial from the frame behind the door.
- What it does now, and what it did differently before.
- Any fault code on the display, exactly as it reads.
- Whether the range is all-gas or dual-fuel — it changes which half of the fault list applies.

Our range tripped the breaker every time the oven light came on. A harness pinched behind the back panel, rubbed bare by whoever installed it. He rerouted and sleeved the wire, and there has been no drama since.

The door would not close square and heat poured out over the handle. Hinge springs had sagged. He had to order the pair, so it was a week, but he came back and fitted them without any fuss.

After a hail storm took the power out, only two burners would light. The spark module had caught the surge. He swapped it, then went over the rest of the ignition wiring looking for scorch marks.

What happens after you call
-
Tell us what it does
What changed, when, and what the appliance does now. Model and serial from the frame behind the door if you can reach them — it decides which parts we bring.
-
A slot, not a window
The line is answered around the clock; visits run 8:00 am – 8:00 pm, seven days. You get a time and a call before we set off.
-
Diagnosis, then a number
Pressure, spark, sensors, elements, airflow — whatever the symptom points at. The fault, the part and the price come as one conversation before anything is ordered.
-
Repaired and proved
Where the fault was a temperature or a flame, we stay for the cycle that shows it fixed: a full preheat, a settled simmer, a hood pulling smoke.
Dinner is in four hours and the oven is dead
The line is answered 24/7, including nights and weekends, and it is a person who answers it. Visits themselves run 8:00 am – 8:00 pm, seven days — call now and the earliest slot is held while we talk it through.
