What it usually turns out to be
A Wolf range is two appliances sharing a frame, and they fail independently. The cooktop side is gas: pressure, orifices, spark. The oven side is either gas or electric depending on whether the range is all-gas or dual-fuel, and on a dual-fuel the two halves do not even share a fault list. Say which half went wrong and the call gets shorter.

Ignition that hesitates when the kitchen is cold
Clicking that stops once the room warms up is moisture or grease bridging the electrode, or a cracked ceramic leaking spark into the burner body. If every burner clicks together, look at the spark module rather than the electrodes.

A simmer that is not a simmer
The commonest complaint on a Denver range. Less oxygen per unit of gas means the low setting burns higher and lazier than the dial promises. We read manifold pressure at the regulator and fit the orifice set the model specifies for this elevation, then set the bypass so the low notch is usable.
